I had new Goodman heat pump installed by another company. Unfortunately, the installer was not familiar with the Goodman new CoolCloud wireless programing technology and never got my settings working properly. Thankfully, I called Schlosser & Associates and they sent me technician Sajid who was proficient with CoolCloud. I cannot thank him enough for all the time and conscience work he did to restore the proper function of my heat pump. He arrived on time and was very cordial. I give him the highest satisfaction rating. You have earned me as a customer for life.

I have used Schlosser several times and I have been happy with them every time. The last visit was a big job replacing old piping with new. They did it efficiently so that we would have water turned back on the same day. Matt and Cliff were a great team keeping me informed and looking for the best way to solve problems as they were going through some tight spaces. I would strongly recommend this company to anybody needing HVAC work. The other person I want to mention is Zach Dennis who patiently worked with me during our planning phase and clarifying the final invoice. OK so, let me tell you, I was driving around, talking to myself about all the projects piling up in my house. One, in particular, had been an absolute nightmare—water in my basement. As I was wondering what on earth I was going to do about it, fate intervened, and a Schlosser van pulled up right in front of me. I saw the writing on the truck, and I swear it felt like there was a basement water GOD listening to me! I quickly told my son, who was in the car with me, to get the number off the van, and we called right then and there.
To my surprise, an angelic voice answered the phone—it was Taylor! Talk about top-notch customer service; she was fantastic! She took down all my info and got me scheduled for the very next day. Fast forward to the appointment—Sajid Hussain showed up, and within 26 minutes, he had assessed the issue and identified it as a problem with my HVAC system. He walked me through the fix, and I agreed to go ahead with the repair.
The very next day, Sajid came back and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I’ve never experienced this level of care, professionalism, and customer service from any vendor in the state of Delaware! If you’re dealing with HVAC problems, look no further than Schlosser. They are the real deal!

Our 2nd floor bedroom was always hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Our system just couldn’t do the job. Sajid Hussain from Schlosser and Associates assessed the problem and told us about a Mitsubishi cooling and heating unit. He recommended a ceiling unit which doesn’t detract from the looks of the room. Sajid and his crew were on time, very professional, and the workmanship was excellent. Sajid followed through with any questions we had and gave great advise. We are very pleased and absolutely will use Schlosser and Associates again!
Had an awesome experience with Schlosser! Paul was very professional and kind! He showed up and replaced our kitchen sink explaining everything he was doing and the time it would take. I have used Schlosser services for many things, most recently HVAC system purchase and installation and follow up commissioning of the AC portion. Schlosser personnel have been wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, practical and skilled. Joe also went the extra mile and installed a new filter that I had on hand. Great service. Matt & Cliff are true mechanics and I’m sure a value to the company. They put in a new hot water tank and replaced values and gages for the booster water system. They are both efficient and so knowledgeable. Matt explained the ins and outs for my booster and was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and needed without question. As a team they are so professional and again knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to fix a problem. Highly recommend their service for plumbing issues.

Prompt and professional . We had a particularly difficult plumbing problem. The job foreman came up with a different solution that 3 other plumbers had missed. This amounted to savings of 60% compared to fixing it the more common way. And on top of that they came in UNDER their estimate.

I will not only be using you for A/C services going forward but likely for plumbing services too. My heater is under warranty for a few more years so I will still be using them for that until it expires but will likely then convert that for servicing to you as well. I had a HW Heater Installed, 3 Valves replaced and an A/C tuneup as well on March 20th. The staff at the office, John the service manager and Diamond as well as the technicians, Joe, Jason and John, who came to our house for the work to be performed were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Not only was the work completed in a timely manner, they also spent additional time at our house answering all the questions we had for them concerning the new equipment that we just had installed.

This company is the best they take care everything in our center. We call, they come. Very helpful in everything. They do our pumps, HVAC, heaters, plumbing issues. Great team we are very satisfied with their service. They even take care my house too!!!!
Recent major work on our hotel, in conjunction with our owners utility team, was excellent. The Schlosser team, led by Andy, were amazing and they replaced a key part of our utility supply with ZERO impact on our guests! The two gentlemen that came were friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very professional and made me feel like they knew their stuff. It didn’t take them that long but my sink is working and so is my dishwasher so I’m beyond ecstatic. I can see why they have been in business as long as they have.
They were friendly and professional. I was told they would be here between 10-12. They were prompt, they unclogged my kitchen drain and cleaned up after. They were great.
First class service at a budget price. We had to install a gas line for an outdoor electrical generator. Estimate was accurate, complete with information on the type of piping and how it would be installed. Service was prompt, people were friendly, and the finished product blended very nicely with our home. One of the rare few companies we’ll be contacting again for our next project.
